Dog Grooming

We offer professional grooming at all four Whole Pet locations for all breeds of dogs. A variety of factors go into determining the price of our grooming including: the size of your dog, the condition of the coat, the coat texture, the presence of tangles/mats, the presence of parasites, and the temperament of your dog.

New Grooming Clients:

A $25 deposit is required and payable upon booking an appointment which will be deducted from your total charges at checkout. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment (No Show) or do not cancel within 48 hours, your $25 deposit will be forfeited.

Returning Grooming Clients:

No deposit is required upon booking unless you have “No Showed” in the past and/or canceled your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time.

Dog grooming appointments must be scheduled. Call your preferred location to schedule a spa day today!

Walk-in services are available ONLY when the groomers are in the store. Call store location to confirm available times.

A $10 late arrival fee will be charged if you arrive over 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time and a $10 late pickup fee will be charged if you pick up over 90 minutes after you are contacted that your pup is finished with grooming.

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL GROOMING SERVICES (INCLUDING WALK IN SERVICES):

Dogs

• (Recommended) under 16 weeks: Minimum of 2 sets of core puppy starter vaccinations that include parvovirus.
• 16 weeks and older: Rabies vaccination

For the health and safety of all guests and groomers, Whole Pet follows Arkansas State Board of Health Rabies Law in requiring proof of rabies documentation before dog grooming services can be rendered. To maintain a safe, comfortable environment, we require all pets to be current on their rabies vaccinations and to wait at least 48 hours after any vaccinations before checking in for grooming services.

The waiting period helps to ensure your pet isn't sore at the injection site, which can cause irritability or lethargy which can complicate the grooming process for not only the groomer, but your pet too. This waiting period also is to prevent stressing a pet who may be experiencing an unexpected allergic reaction from a vaccine/vaccination.

Proof of rabies vaccination in the form of paperwork is required (no tags accepted) and is the responsibility of the pet parent to provide and keep track of expiration dates.

PLEASE NOTE
All pets must be in good health prior to receiving any grooming services. If your pet is experiencing the following symptoms: lethargy, body pain, diarrhea, vomiting, sneezing, coughing, body sores, post surgical healing, ear infections, etc.., we ask that you notify us immediately to reschedule their appointment until your pet is cleared by a veterinarian to receive grooming services.
